Use the SENSIT Parking License app todigitally distribute, activate and manage electronic parkinglicenses for the identification of vehicles and the legitimate useof designated parking bays. The SENSIT Parking License app forsmartphones performs in a similar way as Nedap’s physical onboardEPL device (Electronic Parking License). The app enables the SENSITsystem to identify and localize vehicles and consequently detectabuse of parking bays for designated users. As soon as you park,one button press is sufficient to activate the app and have itconnect to the SENSIT server. Using GPS coordinates and smartanalysis of SENSIT events, the location of the vehicle isidentified. In the SENSIT server, parking bays can be designated tospecific audiences, like permit holders, handicapped people, VIP’s,licensed taxis or suppliers, etc. User-friendly widgets in theSENSIT administrator GUI are available to easily detectunauthorized parking.Besides using the app as an electronic license, it can also beused to find back your car. A map is used to display the locationof your parked car. The functionality of the app can easily beintegrated with third party apps and systems.
